2nd Annual West Valley Yom HaShoah Event

The 2nd Annual West Valley Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Memorial Day) Event will be held at Beth Emeth Congregation, 13702 W Meeker Blvd., Sun City West, AZ on Thursday, April 12th from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.   

On Yom HaShoah, ceremonies and services are held at schools, military bases and by other public and community organizations. Students and their parents are urged to attend.

Boy Scout Troop #400 will read the names of the death camps as we light candles for those who perished.   

Prayers will be led by Rabbi Tracee Rosen. Our guest speaker, Joel Lassman of the Next Generation will present his parent’s Holocaust hardships and determination to survive.

There will be refreshments at the end of the event.   

Reservations are required.   Please call 623-584-7210 between 9 am – 1 pm weekdays for your reservation.   There is no charge for this event but donations will be accepted.
