NowGen offers High Holiday tickets

The Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix NowGen launched NowGen Congregation Connection. Formerly known as Cool Shul, this program provides free and/or low-cost access to High Holiday tickets at a variety of congregations throughout the Valley.

Participating congregations have provided a limited supply of complimentary and/or $36 tickets to allow young adults to attend Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur services.

Young adults ages 21-45 are eligible and tickets are distributed on a first come, first served basis.

NowGen Congregation Connection also encompasses the new Shabbat Hop series. The next phase will involve implementation of an online guide to benefits offered by each congregation for young adults, such as special programming or discounted memberships.

“We are thrilled to strengthen our ongoing partnership with local congregations to provide this valuable offering to young adults in the Valley,” says NowGen Senior Director Stacey Cohen. “Many do not have a local synagogue affiliation or cannot afford tickets to High Holidays. This program enables them to have a meaningful Jewish experience during this special time of year.”

Tickets are available while supplies last through Sept. 26 at jewishphoenix.org/congregationconnection.
