Amir Eden Joins Ofek Online School
Amir Eden has started a position as an online Hebrew and Israel’s history educator at Ofek Online School of the Israeli American Council.
Amir previously taught at Tucson Hebrew Academy as its Hebrew and Judaic teacher. He holds a B.A in Political Science and International Relations from Florida Atlantic University and an M.A in Educational Administration from San Francisco State University. He has taught Hebrew for eleven years, served as a 6th to 12th Hebrew Department Chair for four years, two years as a Middle and High School Principal, and six years as a K-12 Head of Judaic Studies, Hebrew, Jewish Life, and Israel connections. Amir is also a graduate of a RAVSAK (Jewish Day School Network) leadership training program as well as an Experiential program of Brandeis University.

Besides serving as a Jewish Educator, Amir served as the founding Regional Director of the Israeli American Council (IAC) in Las Vegas, Founding President of the Israeli Scouts branch in Las Vegas and was the Director of the Weintraub Israel Center in Tucson.
