All three Monday book groups have chosen to read All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr.
Chair Yoga is led by Sari Beliak, certified yoga instructor, and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Participants will come together to give mutual support and to provide strength and solace for those who have experienced loss. This drop-in group is facilitated by Harriet Frost, M.S., LMFT, Psychotherapist and Certified Bereavement Counselor.
This service has a contemporary music ensemble.
