Focus is on increased balance, strength and flexibility in a supportive group setting. Meditation and deep relaxation at end of each class leaves participants with positive healing energy and uplifted spirits. Dress comfortably. Members of Women’s League: $6 per class; non-members $8 per class.

After tearing it up in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, Spamilton: An American Parody will stage a singing, dancing, comedy revolution in Phoenix for a limited time only. The Huffington Post raves “you don’t have to see Hamilton to have side-splitting fun at Spamilton.”

August’s special guest artist is Sharon Friendly, widely known as an entertaining and engaging vocalist.
Sharon is a well-known singer in the Valley and has the distinction of twice being crowned Ms. Senior Arizona – in 2007 and 2017. She sings at a variety of senior facilities and organizations, featuring music from WWI and WWII, the 40’s, and Broadway as well as encouraging sing alongs. She’s a familiar face at Belmont Village where she also provides craft classes in beading.
