All Youth (preschool thru teens) are invited to join us for the
B’Yahad Water Day KICK-OFF
Sunday, August 18 at 9:00am
- Fun activities for all!
- Hear about our new program for the coming year.
- Meet our Madrichim (teen leaders), teachers and shinshinim (young Israelis doing a year of service here in Tucson on behalf of Israel through the Jewish Federation), Shay Friedwald and Danielle Levy. Shay will work with children at CAI for the first half of the year, while Danielle will work at other local Jewish organizations. They will then trade places for the second half of the year. (see more below)
- Kids: Come wearing swim garb, ‘cuz you’re probably gonna get wet! (Bring a towel, hats, sunblock and water shoes.) We’ll play water games outside led by the Madrichim. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
- Parents/Guardians: Enjoy brunch and mimosas while learning about our new program. You may join the children after brunch or choose to run some errands while the kids continue having fun. We will conclude at 12:00 noon.
