Goat Yoga @ Tucson Jewish Community Center
Oct 15 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Our mission is to create awareness and strength in the body, focus and curiosity of the mind with the addition of our goats to facilitate animal therapy. The goats help to further release stress, lift your spirits (oxytocin) and lower stress hormones (cortisol levels).  Join us for a joyous time laughing and interacting with our family of goats. Our class is great for beginners or experienced Yogi. Our goal is you leave with lifted sprits and energy of wellbeing.
Bring your own mat or a towel. Mats available for rent for $5 paid directly to Goats of Tucson (GOT) Yoga.
