Tickets are free to members and available to purchase by non-members for $125 per person per holiday. Temple Emanuel members can purchase tickets for additional family members at a discounted rate of $90 per person per holiday.

 

Rosh Hashanah Children’s Service Sept. 10 at 9-10 am.

Family services during Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are open to the public and are designed for children in preschool through elementary school and their families. Services are led by Rabbi Dean and Suzanne. There is no charge for anyone to attend either service.

 

Youth programming is open to young people ages 5-17 and will be offered:

  • Rosh Hashanah – Sept. 10 at 10:30 am-1 pm
  • Yom Kippur – Sept. 19 at10:30 am-1 pm

Parking for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Services:  This year we are requesting all able-bodied congregants to park at Coolwater Christian Church, 28181 N 56th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85266 which is on the SE corner of 56th St and Dynamite (less than a ¼ mile from the synagogue.) Entrance to the parking lot is on 56th St south of Dynamite We will have shuttles to drive you and your family to and from services. Due to the traffic and speed on Dynamite, we ask that you please don’t try to walk and crossover Dynamite. The spaces in the synagogue parking lot will be for those who are elderly or mobility challenged as well as those who were asked to arrive early to volunteer at services. If you have a have a loved one who needs to be dropped off, please do so and then park across the street at Coolwater Christian Church. Thank you for your cooperation.

Family Friendly High Holiday Service @ Temple Beth Sholom of the East Valley

10am-1pm: Ages 3rd grade and up are invited to meet in the Social Hall for a fun service that will celebrate the High Holidays with prayer, song and discussion.

Younger children will be celebrating in the Community Room.
A sack lunch is encouraged for children to enjoy after services are over.
A large snack will be served after family service tashlich.
