This after-school program will focus on physical fitness, stranger-danger, self-defense, listening skills, games, respect, self-discipline and more in a fun environment. The older students will begin to master more advanced skills of various marital arts.

This interactive and upbeat Shabbat celebration for families incorporates fun-spirited melodies and family-themed activities.
