Is it a struggle to eat because you don’t feel like cooking for just one or two

people? Do you just not have the appetite you used to? Or, conversely, do you

consume foods mindlessly, not realizing what or how much you have eaten? In

either case, it is important to know why people eat in order to better understand

your own patterns.

Cooking Demonstration Focus: Quick and easy meals for one or two
