Come have fun and practice ways to achieve this awareness. You will be able to use your skills with your family as soon as you get home!
Part 2: Sunday, October 29, 2017 | 11am to 12:30pm
Take your self-awareness to the next level by practicing how to share your feelings and reactions in a way that is safe and respectful. Successful families employ the language of feelings. This IS what makes connections meaningful. Come have fun while applying what you have learned. Your family will thank you!
