Learn how to create a meaningful daily spiritual practice through prayer, song, chant and meditation.
There will be a special focus on Kabbalistic practices.
We will be using Reb Zalman’s book “Davening: A Guide to Meaningful Jewish Prayer.”

After you register you will receive Reb Zalman’s English Siddur via e-mail.
IF YOU CAN,
begin reading Reb Zalman’s book as well as exploring his English Siddur before we meet.
TRY experimenting with a few prayers that speak to you.
This class is great preparation for the new year!
