This PJL Exclusive course will be led by Lewis Denbaum a certified relationship coach, author and educator. Through high impact workshops, Denbaum assists singles create a plan for finding the love of their lives. Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in a Conservative Jewish family, he served as a co-founder of Beth Chaverim in Washington, DC until moving to Iowa where he was a longstanding Board Member of Congregation Beth Shalom and a representative to the Jewish Community Relations Commission in Des Moines. Lewis is the co-author with his wife Diane of the book Madly in Love Forever: A Guide to True and Lasting Love. Lewis and his wife Diane have a blended family of five young adult children.

Art Addicts Craft Club @ Beth El Congregation

Join us for our new Art Addicts Craft Club where we invite you to craft and DIY with us. This month, award-winning artist, Barbara Becker of Art for Fun! Studio and Gallery will instruct a class on silk painting. Each person will go home with a beautiful hand-painted silk scarf.  No artistic experience required, no drawing or painting skills needed.  Class size limited to 16 participants and it is $20 each for supplies. Everyone is invited to attend.  The suggested donation is $15 per adult and $10 per child.
