FAQ
WHAT IS MAZELPALOOZA?
Mazelpalooza is the only place to be for Jewish young adults on Christmas Eve – enjoy a festive night of cocktails and music with over 1000 of your closest Jewish friends from all around the Southwest.
WHAT HAPPENS AT MAZELPALOOZA?
From the time doors open at 9pm til we have to close the doors at 2am, DJ Soloman will be spinning his unique mix of music to get everyone out on the dance floor. A cash bar will be open throughout the night serving beer, wine, and cocktails (including the Mazelpalooza signature drink). There will be a photo booth to commemorate the evening, and of course, plenty of comfy spaces to hang out with friends.
WHERE IS MAZELPALOOZA?
Mazelpalooza will be hosted at one of the hottest clubs in Scottsdale – Maya Day and Night Club (Mazelpalooza was held at Maya in 2013 as well). Situated just south of Camelback in the heart of the entertainment district in South Scottsdale, Maya is easily accessible from all parts of Phoenix.
DO I HAVE TO BE 21 TO ATTEND MAZELPALOOZA?
Yes, you must be 21 and have a valid “over 21” ID to show at the door for entry. The Arizona vertical “under 21” license will not be accepted even if the holder is over 21 at the time of the event.
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets will be available for online purchase anytime after October 31 through mazelpalooza.org – the ticket link is at the top of the page. You can email a request for a cash purchase to nowgen@jewishphoenix.org.
DOES MY TICKET BENEFIT THE JEWISH FEDERATION OF GREATER PHOENIX?
Yes! $18 from each ticket will be a tax-deductible donation to the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix Annual Campaign. In addition, any young adult who makes a minimum $180 gift to the 2016 Campaign will receive one (1) FREE ticket to Mazelpalooza 2016. Learn more about the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix Annual Campaign at jewishphoenix.org/annualcampaign or make your $180 gift HERE.
HOW CAN MY BUSINESS PARTNER WITH MAZELPALOOZA?
Mazelpalooza is the perfect opportunity for your business to target the desirable 22-45 year old demographic – please contact Stacey Cohen at scohen@jewishphoenix.org or call 480.481.7010 for details on how your business can become an official Mazelpalooza sponsor.
