Each participant reads a section of a select article which is followed by spirited discussion. No extensive knowledge of Judaism is required. Single Awareness at the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus, 12701 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale at 6:30 pm. This series is intended for all single Jews over age 21. Senior Chorus – Join with us as we create a group not only to have fun singing, but also to help “spread sunshine.” This group will build a repertoire of Broadway, Standards, Rock & Roll and more with plans to provide musical joy around the Valley.
Teacher: Dan Kurek, who has an extensive background in opera performance himself, and who has served as musical director for theatres throughout the Valley, as well as being the choir director at Temple Chai for 8 years.

Ballet classes for seniors have been shown to keep the body nimble and improve overall posture and mobility. The structure of a ballet class with movement to music helps to increase mental stimulation and is a great way to stay physically active at any age.
