Everyone is welcome to join us for a fun day of roller skating … We’ll have thrills (and a few spills!), laughs and snacks. “Skate-mates” available for those who need a little stability on the rink.
Entrance fee: $5 per person all ages (skaters and non-skaters) includes skate rental, “Skate-mate” (if needed) & light refreshments. (Limited snacks for sale at concession stand).

A fun-filled stationary cycle workout to music that awakens areas of the brain effected by PD while strengthening the lower body and improving motor skills. Participants must be able to walk 150 feet on their own with or without a cane or walker, get up and down from the floor on their own with or without the use of a chair, get on and off equipment independently and follow group instructions independently.
