Chair Yoga is led by Sari Beliak, certified yoga instructor, and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Participants come together to give mutual support and to explore issues regarding caring for a loved one, drawing from the Jewish tradition.

Weaving actual video interviews with the legendary composer himself, Sondheim on Sondheim provides a fresh perspective into Stephen Sondheim’s illustrious career from his biggest hits to his earlier works and earlier versions of songs from his famous musicals. The cast of 8 will present some of Sondheim’s best – and obscure – songs. This is the first time this show – first produced on Broadway in 2010 – has ever been presented in Arizona. This show is a must for any fan of musical theatre – and the creation of art.
