Hailey Fischer is excited to serve this year as The Israeli Model UN Association – IMUNA’s Deputy CEO and Alumni Director.
IMUNA is a nonprofit educational organization that provides students, aspiring diplomats and young professionals with tools in the fields of negotiation, decision making and public speaking.

Hailey started her MUN journey two years ago, as a member of IDC Herzliya Model United Nations (IDCMUN) and continued last year to serve as the society’s President. In addition, she served as the Secretary General of IMUNA’s first online national conference this past June.

During her time in these positions and as someone who is passionate about being creative, she hopes to bring a new flare to IMUNA alongside a greater aspect of community.

When she is not in the IMUNA realm, Hailey enjoys sports, music, and most of all getting to know people from different cultures.
