Lee Klein of Cox Media in Tucson has received the Tucson Next Generation Award from the Tucson Advertising Federation Educational Foundation. The award recognizes advertising professionals age 40 and under who have made a significant impact on the advertising industry through their leadership skills, personal qualities and professional achievements.
Lee has made a positive impact on the local advertising community by sharing his knowledge and time with organizations like Ad Fed, BBB, Tucson and ORO Valley Chambers of Commerce, as well as countless small and medium-sized businesses.
He has been with Cox Media for close to a decade, leading a team that has overtaken all other Cox Media markets in digital growth in the past four years and his team leads the Tucson market in terms of total digital revenue.
Lee states, “This recognition reflects the work my team has done to serve the Tucson business community. What we do is important and our work reflects a high standard in the industry. I am honored to be recognized by the marketing community I have worked with closely over the past 10 years.”
Lee graduated from the University of Arizona and his family has strong ties to the Southern Arizona Jewish community. He is also President of the Arizona Oncology Foundation and has served on the boards of The Downtown Tucson Partnership and AAF-Tucson.
