Center for Senior Enrichment Activities. The Jewish Family and Children’s Service’s Center for Senior Enrichment at Palazzo, 6250 N 19th Ave. is the only Jewish senior center in the Phoenix area. Everyone is welcome! Chair Yoga with a Jewish Flair from 10-11 am at Jewish Federation Northwest, 190 W Magee Road #162, Oro Valley.
Bonnie Golden, longtime yoga instructor offers yoga classes. Chair Yoga is for those who would like a mostly sitting practice of yoga stretches, breath work and meditation introduction. We will also practice standing and balancing poses but always with the chair to hold onto. We won’t be getting up and down off of the floor. Classes are $7 per class or $25 for four.
