Hebrew In Your Hands offers a hands-on, intuitive and fun way to teach modern Hebrew and Judaic vocabulary to children ages 5 and up. Developed by Hebrew native, experienced, local educator; the small format is perfect for little hands. The books support and supplement any curriculum already in use, or may be used as a stand-alone teaching tool. They are also great as a special event activity, review or enrichment assignment. Each easy-to-recognize image has a description in Hebrew and English with a transliteration to support the non-Hebrew reader/speaker.

When you donate to JETCO, you receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your Arizona State income tax return and help a child receive an excellent education. The Jewish Tuition Organization (JTO) is a student tuition organization (STO) that provides need-based scholarships with funds raised through the Arizona private school tax credit. The JTO supports students in our community from various backgrounds and cultures who attend one of six Jewish day schools in the Phoenix area.  The dollar-for-dollar tax credit is available to individuals, C-Corps, S-Corps and Insurance companies with an Arizona tax liability.

Formed in 1985, CJSN was created to meet the special needs of children and adults with disabilities who were unable to participate in typical activities of Jewish life in greater Phoenix. Programs include classroom observation, summer camp inclusion, teacher training, support groups, sign language interpreters in Jewish settings, social groups and continuing Jewish studies for children and adults, educational forums on disability related topics, monthly Simchat Shabbat services and two Jewish homes for adults with developmental disabilities.

East Valley Children’s Theatre provides live theatrical experiences, by kids for kids, for youth ages 5-18. Nestled in the cool pines of the Bradshaw Mountains near Prescott, Friendly Pines has offered the benefits of summer camping to boys and girls, ages 6-13, since 1941. We offer campers a choice of 30+ activities including horseback riding, waterskiing, rock climbing, ropes course, canoe/kayak, sports, archery, swimming, tennis, fencing, pets, performing arts and visual arts. Friendly Pines is an “Arizona tradition” turning childhood moments into rich memories for three generations. One- and two-week sessions.
