While a recent PEW study showed lower levels of engagement in America’s organized Jewish community, the good news is the study also discovered 92% of the respondents said they are proud to be Jewish. One out of every three Jewish individuals of Eastern European/Ashkenazi descent is a carrier for a Jewish genetic disease. The Center is dedicated to increasing awareness of these diseases and providing opportunities for education, genetic counseling and affordable testing in the Greater Phoenix community.
