A fun-filled stationary cycle workout to music that awakens areas of the brain effected by PD while strengthening the lower body and improving motor skills. Participants must be able to walk 150 feet on their own with or without a cane or walker, get up and down from the floor on their own with or without the use of a chair, get on and off equipment independently and follow group instructions independently. A continuation course for the more advanced beginner. Continue learning in a stress-free environment vocabulary building, grammar, speech techniques, reading and writing. Introduction to the imperative and future tenses, and lots of conversation. Develop the ability to maintain a conversation in familiar environments and daily situations.
