A Taste of Mexico

The pleasures of Mexican cuisine from central and southern Mexico can be yours. You will learn, practice, and experience what Cocina Mexicana is. All recipes are vegetarian, delicious and nutritious. The tentative menu includes: Cilantro and Calabacita Soup, Jicama Salad, Crispy Vegetarian Tacos, Salsa verde, Mango Crepes and Horchata drink.
