Keynote speakers are Olli Heinonen, an expert in nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, verification of treaty compliance, and transfer and control of peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and Ray Takeyh, a senior fellow for Middle EAstern studies at the Council on Foreighn Relations whose specialization is Iran, political reform in the Middle East, and Islamic movements and parties.
