We live in an incredibly beautiful place, but how much do we really know about it? Sure it’s hot, but why?  Why is it considered one of the most biologically diverse environments on earth?  Will a better understanding of our desert home give us a greater sense of connection and perhaps contentment? The Japanese call appreciating and immersing in nature “shinrin-yoku” or Forest Bathing.
