Theatre Artists Studio presents Cinderella.
A fresh new take on the fairytale favorite, this delightful new musical offers a rollicking good time for the whole family. Both Cinderella and Prince Bobby only want to dance – specifically TAP dance in a show! While his parents want him to find a wife, Bobby uses the “ball” as an audition to find a dancing partner. Join our tap-dancing Cinderella and her Prince; their Dance Instructor/Fairy Godmother, Madam Tatyana; the suave and debonair Armando and the rest of the zany cast for this fast-paced and fun musical romp. With numbers like I Just Wanna Dance, I Can Do Anything, Practice Makes Perfect and The Show Must Go on, you’ll be humming and toe-tapping all the way home.
Everyone is welcome to participate! Check-in begins at 9:00am, with play beginning at 9:30am sharp, followed by lunch at 12:30pm. Play resumes at 1:30pm, with prizes awarded at 4:00pm. $36 entry fee includes lunch, game, party favors and prizes for the top three scorers, plus each round winner gets a prize. All proceeds benefit CAI’s United Synagogue Youth. Registration mandatory by January 8 (no walk-ins allowed).
Come to the 1st Annual Information Fair for Seniors, Families, and Friends. presented by Select Care Managers, in conjunction with the Senior Task Force, at Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging on April 3. Find answers to your questions about making relevant decisions regarding life changes, financial and legal information, and services and agencies that can connect you with Jewish resources that will lead to aging with grace.
